Rovinj is well known as one of the most romantic medieval cities in Istria, keeping its Italian flavour and providing top touristic offer during the year.

The house is situated in the old town of Rovinj, on Bregovita street no. 27. In translation ‘Bregovita ulica’ means ‘sloapy street’, leading you from the main square on sea level towards the church of St. Euphemia located on top of a small hill. The house lies just beneath the church bells and thanks to its higher position its view passes all the lower rooftops and opens up nicely towards the open sea.

The main square is just minutes away as well as all the other main sights. Swimming areas are located a mere five minute walk over the hill, but there is also an option of taking the boat / ferry to other great swimming areas. It leaves every half an hour from the main square.
