The house is situated at island Sipan, near the city of Dubrovnik. A ferry departs from Dubrovnik 5 times a day and docks in Sudurad, a picturesque village on the island Sipan.
The standalone house is located directly at the seashore, just a few minute walk from the village center, accessible by car or on the walking promenade. Its location is a few minutes away from the excellent restaurant ‘Tri sestre’ and the boutique hotel ‘Bozica’.
The 1400 m2 garden ends directly on a beautiful beach. Our guests have a choice between their own 2 m deep, 8×4 m swimming pool filled with seawater and the lovely public beach in its direct proximity.
The poolterrace ends with a large open-space dining table and a summer-kitchen with a big barbeque place.
The rooms have direct access to balconies and terraces with marvelous views over the bay and nearby islands.
On the top of the house there is a 180 m2 terrace – half covered, half open with a natural breeze and romantic sunset views.
