Minimum stay at the 4* Sipan Luka seafront house is 7 nights, shorter stays are possible on request.

Both tourist tax and VAT are included in the price, as well as all cleaning and booking fees.

Everything in the apartment is free for you to use and enjoy: internet, towels, pillows and linens, appliances, toiletries and 1-3 bottles of our own BoN-Temps complimentary wine. Additional consumption of wine is based on the ‘honesty bar’ principle – at the end of your stay, the volumes will be assessed.
Payment can be made by credit card, paypal or bank transfer. Accepted credit cards:
Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Diners, Karanta, American Express
BoN-Temps requires credit card details in order to guarantee and pre-authorise your reservation. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation soon after your booking.
To cancel your reservation, there are some time limits:
a/ 7 full days prior the booked date (or earlier):
For a 50% refund, the cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to BoN-Temps’ local check-in time on the day of check-in, otherwise there is no refund. For example, if your check-in is on Friday, the cancellation should be made by Friday of the previous week before the determined check-in.
b/ less than 7 days:
In case the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the reservation is not refunded.
c/ during your stay:
If the guest decides to leave early, the nights not spent at BoN-Temps are not refunded.
