BoN-Temps requires credit card details in order to guarantee and pre-authorise your reservation. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation soon after your booking.

To cancel your reservation, there are some time limits:

a/ 7 full days prior the booked date (or earlier):

For a 50% refund, the cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to BoN-Temps’ local check-in time on the day of check-in, otherwise there is no refund. For example, if your check-in is on Friday, the cancellation should be made by Friday of the previous week before the determined check-in.

b/ less than 7 days:

In case the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the reservation is not refunded.

c/ during your stay:

If the guest decides to leave early, the nights not spent at BoN-Temps are not refunded.
